The position of Learning Support Officer (TAS Assistant) is to support the administrative functions of the College TAS Department. This is a job-share position 2 days per week, 8.00am to 4.00pm.</p><p>To excel in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:</p><ul><li>a commitment to Catholic education and a willingness to support the faith formation of students</li><li>overseeing the preparation of materials, produce and equipment for practical and demonstration lessons in consultation with TAS teachers</li><li>a desire to be part of an energetic team with a passion for creativity</li><li>flexible, adaptive, and willing to assist with a diverse range of support roles across the College</li><li>strong organisational and time management skills</li><li>competence and confidence in using a variety of ICT including Microsoft Office Applications</li><li>ability to respond to sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality</li><li>effective communication skills both written and verbal with attention to detail</li><li>professional presentation</li><li>ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team.</li></ul><p>You will have attained:</p><ul><li>a Certificate III or IV in Educational Support from TAFE NSW or equivalent post-secondary qualification</li><li>familiarity with the Mac OSX, COMPASS, Risk Assess and Google Applications</li><li>current First Aid qualifications</li><li>possess a sound knowledge of current WH&S legislation and guidelines.</li></ul><p><strong>Application Process</strong></p><p>Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
