<p>Holy Name Primary School Forster is seeking a&nbsp;Temporary Part Time (14hrs per week) Pastoral Care Worker&nbsp;to join the team January 2025 for 12 months.<br><br>Holy Name Forster is located in the Spectacular Manning Valley, centred in the heart of the Great Lakes region.<br>A school of over 300 students, catering from K-6, Holy Name strives for academic excellence in all Key Learning Areas while maintaining a supportive and Christian environment, with teaching strategies and practices consistently reviewed to ensure quality teaching and learning occurs through targeted improvements.<br><br><br><br><a href="https://diocesemn.azurewebsites.net/media/5604/position_description_-_cso_-_pastoral_care_worker.pdf"><strong>POSITION DESCRIPTION</strong></a><br><br>Pastoral care is defined in the Project Agreement with the Commonwealth Government as the practice of looking after the personal needs of students, not just their academic needs, through the provision of general spiritual and personal advice.<br><br>Pastoral care workers support the Pastoral Care of students by providing:<br>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>pastoral care services<br>&nbsp;</li><li>strategies that support the wellbeing of the broader school community.
