It was established in 1894 by the Presentation Sisters as a Parish School. The Sisters established a proud tradition of excellence in education and service to members of the community, in a spirit of love, respect and compassion based on the Gospel values.</p><p><strong>Primary Teacher: Part time 0.8 FTE</strong></p><p>Ongoing position</p><p>Commencing 3 February 2025</p><p>St Finn Barr’s Catholic School is seeking applications from suitably qualified, innovative and enthusiastic teachers who are able to demonstrate a commitment to the aims and philosophy of Catholic Education.</p><p>&nbsp;Applicants will:</p><ul><li>Be committed to the aims and philosophy of Catholic Education.</li><li>Be able to articulate a commitment to learning and teaching</li><li>Be willing to participate fully in the life of the school.</li><li>Have appropriate graduate and/or post graduate qualifications.</li><li>Be a registered Teacher in Tasmania or be able to gain registration prior to the commencement of the position.</li></ul><p>Catholic Education Tasmania and St Finn Barr’s Primary School are committed to supporting the rights of children and young people and providing a safe and supportive environment for them.
