<p>We are now inviting applications for a suitably experienced <strong>Primary School</strong> <strong>Classroom Assistant</strong> to join our learning support team at the earliest opportunity.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>As a classroom assistant in the primary school, you will assist the Class and Specialist Teachers in creating an inclusive, supportive, and creative learning environment for the children, and in particular for children with additional learning support needs. You will also support teachers with the successful transition of any students joining WWS from another school.</p><p>The primary focus of this position will be providing learning support in the upper primary school years (classes 4-7).</p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p>The successful applicant will have a genuine interest in and warmth for assisting children in a Waldorf classroom setting. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, be a good observer and listener, and able to follow the teacher’s methodology.
