<p><strong>Are you seeking an exciting new challenge in one of Melbourne’s newest Catholic primary schools?</strong></p><p>We are advertising an exciting opportunity to join our team as a <strong>school cleaner</strong>. </p><p>St Lawrence of Brindisi Catholic Primary School is located in the suburb of Weir Views, just 40 minutes from the CBD and 5 minutes from the Western Freeway.</p><p>This is an <strong>ongoing, part-time position</strong> classified under the <i>2022 CMEA</i> <i>Agreement </i>as School Services Officer Category A Level 1. The pay for this position will be pro-rata of a full-time salary from $55,369 to $58,873 dependent on prior experience and a salary assessment. The hours of employment for this position will be <strong>30 hours</strong> spread over <strong>five days</strong>. As a Category A position, this role is required to work one week of the school holidays.</p><p>This position will commence on <strong>Monday, February 17, 2025,</strong> but an earlier start is preferable.</p><p>The successful applicant will demonstrate a commitment to Catholic education and Child Safe schools.</p><p><strong>KEY SELECTION CRITERIA</strong></p><p>The successful applicant will:</p><ul><li>demonstrate sound time management skills</li><li>the capacity to maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of the school and to take the initiative to address areas where further cleaning might be required</li><li>the capacity to work as part of a team</li></ul><p><i>The successful applicant will be subject to a Working with Children Check and is expected to comply with the school’s Code of Conduct and Child Safe Policy.</i></p>
