The newly named Saints College - Geelong Campus, currently St Joseph’s School, is seeking an experienced Youth Worker to join their school community. We are looking for a full time Youth Worker to join our team, based at the Geelong campus. You will be employed on an ongoing basis, commencing ASAP, and will be employed under the Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022.
<p><strong>Youth Worker – Koorie Culture Class </strong></p><p>In 2025, the newly named Saints College - Geelong Campus, currently St Joseph’s Special Assistance School, is seeking an experienced Youth Worker to join our community. </p><p>Since 2012, we have led the way in radically inclusive education, supporting students with diverse challenges. We are an inclusive school for 12-25 year olds seeking an alternative to mainstream education. Our environment celebrates all abilities and backgrounds, providing transformative learning experiences catering to individual needs. We operate multiple campuses located in North Melbourne, Geelong, Colac, Ballarat, and a dual engagement virtual learning campus, BlendED. In 2025, we will expand our offerings with the opening of three new campuses in Fitzroy North, Sunshine, and Bungaree, as part of our growth strategy to establish additional campuses in the future. </p><p>The young people we serve often face significant and complex educational, social, developmental, psychological, health, legal, or familial challenges, which demand unique interventions.
