<p>Good Shepherd Lutheran College is a co-educational, non-government school for ELC to Year 12 students, with three campuses across Darwin: Howard Springs, Palmerston and Leanyer.&nbsp;</p><p>Applications are sought for suitably qualified and experienced Early Learning Centre (ELC) Manager to join and lead the dynamic Early Learning teams across all locations on a permanent full-time basis.&nbsp;</p><p>The ELC Manager holds a critical leadership role, overseeing and managing the College's three Early Learning Centres to ensure an effective, meaningful, and compliant learning environment.</p><p>The ideal candidates will hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, with further advanced training or tertiary education in the field being highly desirable.
