You will use&nbsp;regular assessments and constructive feedback, to help students recognise their strengths and target areas for improvement, keeping detailed records to monitor progress. You’ll also collaborate with colleagues to refine teaching strategies align with school goals, and maintain open communication with families to support student growth.
