The Role
The Business Manager is a key member of the College leadership team and is responsible to the Principal for the organisation, execution, and management of non-teaching services at the school. The Business Manager is also a senior collaborator with other CSBB leaders and is active in all system wide initiatives to improve the planning and management of resources. A CSBB system-wide mindset is absolutely necessary to perform this role.

You will have tertiary qualifications in finance and/or business management and experience in managing the delivery of finance and administrative services, ideally in an education or NGO environment. You will be an innovative self-starter with a broad interest across a range of business facets and you will have experience managing and leading a team. To be successful you will also:

New position on COVID-19 vaccinations
Given the current management of risks associated with COVID-19 in the community, and the gradual wind-back of some settings, CSBB has decided to no longer require all staff to be fully vaccinated, effective 19 September 2022. Staff who are not vaccinated will be required to wear masks when working with children at greater risk of serious illness owing to a medical condition and/or physical disability.
