Salary calculated on averaged conditions (generally only required to work during school term time)</li> <li>salary packaging of up to $15,900 annually</li> <li>up to 25% discount on school fees for parents of SCS students</li> <li>ongoing training and development opportunities</li> <li>discounts on gym classes and memberships, activewear, healthy meals, and wellbeing products</li> <li>generous Employee Referral Program.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You</strong><br /> <br />As a School Support Officer - Wellbeing and Co-curricular (Level 4), you will be an integral member of the school community, you will demonstrate <strong>Aquinas Catholic College Menai</strong><strong>'s</strong> values and professional standards in interacting with students, staff, parents and the community.<br /> <br />In this newly created part-time role (9:00am to 3:00pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday - 33 hours per fortnight), commencing on 3 February or a date by negotiation, the successful applicant will join the school with a focus on providing exemplary support to the Leaders of Wellbeing, Leader of Sport and Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme Leader. <br /> <br />To be successful for this role, you must demonstrate:</p> <ul> <li>strong communication skills and ability to deal sensitively with students, parents/carers and staff when required</li> <li>excellent organisational skills including the ability to work effectively in a busy environment, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines</li> <li>experience working in administration</li> <li>advanced computer literacy skills including experience with Compass, the Google Suite and the ability to learn new systems including Edval</li> <li>ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team</li> <li>interpersonal skills in working with a range of people</li> <li>excellent written and oral communication</li> <li>accuracy and attention to detail</li> <li>proven ability to recognise confidential issues as they arise and to treat them with the sensitivity required</li> <li>a willingness to support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students</li> <li>a willingness to perform other duties as directed by the Principal.</li> </ul> <p>You will have attained:</p> <ul> <li>a Certificate III/ IV (TAFE NSW) or equivalent post-secondary qualification in administration, human resources, finance, accounting or equivalent.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Application Process</strong><br /> <br />Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
