Base salary ranges from $90,462 to $93,027. Salary calculated on averaged conditions (generally only required to work during school term time)</li><li>salary packaging of up to $15,900 annually</li><li>up to 25% discount on school fees for parents of SCS students</li><li>ongoing training and development opportunities</li><li>discounts on gym classes and memberships, activewear, healthy meals, and wellbeing products</li><li>generous Employee Referral Program.</li></ul><p><strong>The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate:</strong></p><ul><li>support of Aboriginal cultural awareness for all students with particular reference to Aboriginal student</li><li>ability to maintain effective relationships between Aboriginal students, Aboriginal parents, the Aboriginal community and school staff</li><li>ability to liaise with the principal and school staff on protocols for interacting with the Aboriginal community in relation to staff and Aboriginal students in the school and in Aboriginal education activities.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Criteria:</strong></p><ul><li>identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander</li><li>deep knowledge/understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders.</li></ul><p><strong>Application Process</strong></p><p>Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
