Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for the following position: Learning Support Teacher This is a full-time temporary position for 2025

<p><strong>Applicants Must:</strong></p><ul><li>Have a verified NSW Working with Children Check for paid employment.</li><li>NESA Accreditation and an ability to teach in a secondary school context. </li><li>Be willing and able to participate in and support the religious dimension of the College.</li><li>A current driver’s license. </li></ul><p><strong>Selection Criteria</strong></p><p>Candidates should check that they meet <strong><u>all criteria</u></strong> before submitting their application. The successful candidate will possess:</p><ol><li><strong>An ability to proactively implement inclusive learning support programs and interventions that are consistent with best practice. </strong></li><li><strong>Demonstrated capacity and experience in managing complex student support needs in partnership with colleagues, parents and external agencies.</strong></li><li><strong>High level pedagogical leadership skills that furthers the capacity of staff to implement inclusive practices consistent with the </strong><a href="https://www.trinitylismore.nsw.edu.au/vision-for-learning" rel="nofollow"><strong><u>College’s Vision for Learning</u></strong></a><strong>.</strong></li><li><strong>An understanding and appreciation of the Catholic identity and mission of the College as imbued by the charisms of Venerable Nano Nagle and Saint Marcellin Champagnat.</strong></li><li><strong>An ability to problem solve through informed collaboration.</strong></li><li><strong>An ability to work as part of a professional team and make positive contributions to staff professional culture.</strong></li><li><strong>An ability to effectively engage, communicate and mediate with students, families, staff and others.</strong></li><li><strong>An ability to comply with all legislative, administrative, and child protection requirements at all times.</strong></li><li><strong>Flexibility and the desire to take on new tasks, lend a hand and achieve results.</strong></li></ol><p><strong>Applications should be <u>no more than 3 pages</u> and include:</strong></p><ul><li>A cover letter that explicitly addresses the above criteria (1 page).</li><li>A concise CV, including the nomination of three (3) referees.
