It caters to the educational needs of both girls and boys from Kindergarten to Year 6. Salary calculated on averaged conditions (generally only required to work during school term time)</li><li>salary packaging of up to $15,900 annually</li><li>up to 25% discount on school fees for parents of SCS students</li><li>ongoing training and development opportunities</li><li>discounts on gym classes and memberships, activewear, healthy meals, and wellbeing products</li><li>generous Employee Referral Program.<br><br> </li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong><br><br>As an enthusiastic, compassionate and highly professional learning support officer, you will work collaboratively as part of the Learning Support team to assist students with diverse learning needs to access a quality Catholic education.<br><br>To excel in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:</p><ul><li>an understanding of the needs of the diverse needs of students who require individual and classroom support</li><li>excellent written and oral communication skills</li><li>ability to be organised, supportive and resourceful</li><li>a willingness to contribute to the broader aspects of school life as an active member of the school community, supporting the positive religious and cultural Catholic school environment.</li><li>sound personal qualities of patience, compassion, tact, reliability, and an ability to work with others individually and as a team member</li><li>Honesty, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times</li><li>A willingness to respect, support and uphold the mission, ethos and teachings of the Catholic Church and the values of Sydney Catholic Schools.</li></ul><p><strong>You will have attained:</strong></p><ul><li>a Certificate III or IV in Educational Support from TAFE NSW or equivalent post-secondary qualification.</li></ul><p><strong>Application Process</strong><br><br>Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
