Catholic Education has a network of 18 schools in the Northern Territory - five colleges, seven primary schools, one flexible learning centre and five remote schools and Early Learning Centres.</p><p><strong>The role:</strong></p><p>The key objectives of this role are to contribute to the Catholic Education Office NT’s mission by administering, monitoring and maintaining our Software applications that support service delivery for our schools and head office.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Applications Support Analysts will be responsible to:</p><ul><li>Support and advise change management process for designated systems, including requests, decision-making, implementation and review.</li><li>Support and undertake as part of the project team, the implementation of system upgrades, and all modules in schools and CEO including <strong>Technology One</strong>.</li><li>Resolve day-to-day tickets raised by CENT staff by investigating, analysing and troubleshooting.</li><li>Provide assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of our Software applications particularly as they pertain to data analytics and web service needs.</li><li>Oversee enhancements and updates to systems, liaising with third parties, internal IT infrastructure resources and end users.</li><li>Set up and remove system access for onboarding/offboarding of CENT staff on Technology One as needed.</li><li><strong>Full details are outlined in the position description.</strong></li></ul><p><strong>What we Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive Salary</li><li>Relocation Assistance up to $2,500</li><li>Excellent Work Life Balance – Working hours are from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM</li><li>Funded Professional Development</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li></ul><p>This position involves working with children.
