Our vision, to raise future-ready women who lead proficiently with strong character, is underpinned by the Christian faith.</p><p>The Roseville College staff comprises visionaries, innovators, pioneers and co-learners, who appreciate this as a meaningful, inspiring and progressive workplace where they are enriched, equipped and empowered for a fulfilling career and to make a positive impact on student generations.</p><p><strong>Broad objective</strong></p><p>The Roseville College TAS department is committed to ongoing improvement, innovation, and excellence in learning by inspiring students in a supportive and dynamic learning environment. </p><p>Working part time 0.7 FTE the successful applicant will be a dedicated and collaborative educator, demonstrating an understanding of contemporary pedagogy and having proven ability to promote authentic, rigorous and engaging learning experiences for students.</p><p><strong>Reports to</strong></p><ul><li>Head of Department</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications, skills and experience</strong></p><ul><li>Highly effective, innovative and motivated educator with a passion for learning and teaching.</li><li>Relevant education qualifications including a current NESA accreditation.</li><li>Proven ability to differentiate instruction and personalise learning.</li><li>An innovative educator with the ability and desire to teach across a range of courses including: Technology Mandatory and/or Stage 5 Design and Technology and/or Food Technology.</li><li>A comprehensive knowledge of the Stage 4 Mandatory Technology syllabus with proven ability to construct and facilitate engaging learning experiences within this curriculum.</li><li>Proven ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team.</li><li>Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Have a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and to be self-motivated</li><li>Be flexible and approachable.</li><li>Possess strong ICT competencies.</li><li>Actively support the Christian mission and values of the College.</li></ul><p><strong>Applications</strong></p><p>Applicants must submit a full application, addressed to The Principal, including application form, a relevant cover letter, resume and supporting documents through the <strong>College website: https://www.roseville.nsw.edu.au/careers/</strong></p><p>However please note, interviews may commence upon receipt of suitable applicants.</p><p><strong>Applications close:  6 December 2024</strong></p><p>Roseville College is a member of The Anglican Schools Corporation (ASC). </p>
