St Kieran's Catholic Primary School, Manly Vale is currently seeking a School Services Officer (level 4) on a permanent part-time basis.

<p>St Kieran's Catholic Primary School, Manly Vale is currently seeking an energetic and passionate<strong> School Services Officer (level 4).</strong> The successful candidate will be suitably qualified and enjoy working in a dynamic and cohesive team.<br /> <br />This is a permanent part-time opportunity (6 hours per fortnight, 09:00am to 03:00pm) to start on 12 December 2024. Successful applicant</li> <li>Write newsletters</li> <li>Possess high level interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, and the ability to develop positive relationships with staff, student, parents/carers and community members</li> <li>Be familiar with various software packages which may include but not limited to Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Compass</li> <li>Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Be task focused with attention to detail and flexibility regarding duties</li> <li>Be able to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic professional learning community</li> <li>Have a valid First Aid Certificate (desirable)</li> <li>Knowledge in use of SAS eg: inputting student, parent, staff information</li> <li>Preparing newsletter</li> <li>Knowledge in use of Compass</li> <li>Receipting Bpays</li> </ul> <p><strong>About us, our Vision and our Towards 2025 Strategy</strong> <br /> <br />Our Vision is to provide <em>'authentic, professional Catholic education, delivered with care and compassion'</em>.
