<p><strong>Property Services Manager</strong></p><p>Aquinas College wishes to appoint a dynamic, suitably experienced Property Services Manager. This is an ongoing, full time position. The successful applicant will report to the College Business Manager and work with other College Leaders to ensure that the campus is safe, fit for purpose and the grounds and learning environment is well maintained and conducive to supporting the educational needs of our students.<br /><br />The successful applicant:<br /><br />- Will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children<br />- Will have proven success in a maintenance and/or construction role<br />- Will have the ability to manage a team<br />- Will have the ability to plan, organise and prioritise competing demands<br />- Will have excellent communication skills<br />- Will have qualifications appropriate to the role<br />- Will have current WWCC<br />- Will have the relevant permissions to work in Australia<br /><br /><strong>Aquinas College promotes the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children.</strong><br /><br />The successful applicant will be appointed as a Category A Education Support Employee, Level 4 or 5 (Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022).<br /><br />For a copy of the Position Description please click <a href="https://drive.google.com/file/d/1tkDZLWEphwJSdl2mDookC-4BObU5NwT8/view?usp&#61;sharing" rel="nofollow">here</a>.<br /><br />To apply - please provide a letter of application and current CV, which must be uploaded via the link below.
