<p>Position: Business Manager</p><p>Organisational Relationship: Principal</p><p>Employment Basis: Full time 5-year contract, 6-month probation period will apply, commencement is from the 24th of March, 2025 or as mutually agreed</p><p>Location: Pakenham, VIC 3810</p><p>Remuneration: An attractive salary package commensurate with the role and reflecting the skills and experience will be negotiated by Lutheran Education VIC, NSW and TAS guidelines</p><p>Lakeside College is an Independent Co-education Prep to Year 12 Christian College in the Lutheran Tradition. The College is currently seeking a suitably experienced person to join our Executive Leadership team as the College Business Manager. </p><p>The Business Manager serves the Lakeside College community by leading the community in financial sustainability and resource stewardship. In doing so, they encourage all in the community to learn, care and achieve, to bring glory to God and serve the world in love.</p><p>The Business Manager should at all times exemplify the College’s values: love, service, compassion and excellence.</p><p>As a trusted member of the executive team, you will report directly to the College Principal. You will be responsible for leading the business and finance functions of the College, ensuring the College has the resources and infrastructure to deliver a contemporary education of the highest standard.</p><p>The role requires the ability to respond to tight deadlines in financial and management reporting, annual audits, budget preparations and forecasting activities, monthly accounting requirements and systems development.</p><p>Our fast-paced and supportive environment will offer you the benefits of a competitive salary, friendly team, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for training and development.
