Base salary ranges from $85,000 to $122,100</li> <li>an additional coordinator allowance on top of your base salary</li> <li>salary packaging of up to $15,900 annually</li> <li>up to 25% discount on school fees for parents of SCS students</li> <li>ongoing training and development opportunities</li> <li>discounts on gym classes and memberships, activewear, healthy meals, and wellbeing products</li> <li>generous Employee Referral Program.</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About You</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">As a Creative &amp; Performing Arts Coordinator, you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy. </p> <p dir="ltr">To excel in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:</p> <ul> <li>proficiency and proven experience in teaching Stage 5 and 6 Creative &amp; Performing Arts. In particular, proficiency in teaching either Drama, VET experience from entertainment Industry or Visual Arts would be advantageous but not essential</li> <li>experience in directing and/or leading student productions or other extra-curricular activities is advantageous</li> <li>versatile teaching approaches that cater to diverse learning styles</li> <li>eagerness for continuous professional growth and spiritual development</li> <li>enthusiasm for supporting the College's educational advancements and endorsing innovation as outlined in our Strategic Plan</li> <li>a readiness to participate in leadership mentoring and training alongside peers, fostering robust professional relationships</li> <li>a commitment to upholding and promoting the Catholic ethos of the school.</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">You will have attained:</p> <ul> <li>a tertiary qualification in Education</li> <li>eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)</li> <li>Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per <a href="https://sydcatholicschools.nsw.edu.au/policies/accreditation-policy-to-work-teach-and-lead-in-sydney-catholic-schools"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead</span></a>.</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Application Process</strong><br /> <br />Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
