At St Martins Lutheran College, we’re seeking enthusiastic and caring Learning Assistants to help our students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. This is your chance to work in a welcoming, Christ-centred community where your efforts will create a lasting impact.</p><p>As a Learning Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students&#39; learning and wellbeing by delivering tailored educational programs and activities under the guidance of teachers and the Learning Leader for Inclusion &amp; Diversity. This role involves encouraging inclusion, assisting with interventions for students with diverse learning needs, and contributing to a positive and engaging school environment. With a focus on collaboration and adaptability, the Learning Assistant also provides essential support to teachers while promoting student success and independence across all year levels.</p><p>There are several part-time positions available offering up to 30 hours per week during term time only.
