IGGS aspires to develop graduates as articulate, critical thinkers who are kind, connected and vibrant, have a life-long love of learning, and who have a voice and use it to create positive change in their communities.</p><p> </p><p>The Director of Learning and Innovation (DoLI) is part of the Executive Team and is responsible for the delivery of school-wide strategic initiatives in learning and teaching and for the day-to-day operations of teaching and learning within the Senior School. The DoLI oversees recruitment and professional learning of Senior School teaching staff.
