You will play a vital role in shaping the future of our students, inspiring them to become lifelong learners and positive contributors to their community.</p><p><br /><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br />*Create and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the NSW curriculum and College guidelines.<br />*Foster a safe, organised, and dynamic classroom environment that caters to diverse learning abilities.<br />*Uphold school behavioural policies while maintaining discipline in the classroom.<br />*Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.<br />*Actively participate in school events, including plays, sporting activities, and excursions.<br />*Support the overall well-being of students by maintaining high teaching and learning standards.</p><p><br /><strong>Candidate Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Extensive experience in literacy education</li><li>Experience with Learning Support, in particular Dyslexia and/or Dysgraphia.</li><li>ICT integration and management</li><li>Curriculum implementation</li><li>Bachelor’s degree related to primary education.</li><li>Qualified teacher status with NESA accreditation.</li><li>Current Working with Children Check</li><li>Strong knowledge of the National and NSW curriculum.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.</li><li>Patience, flexibility, and a passion for teaching are essential.</li></ul>
