We are looking for an energised, talented and passionate Graduate Teacher to join the Redlands team.
We are looking for an inspiring and innovative Graduate Teacher who is passionate about fostering diversity, collegiality, and professional growth. The ideal candidate will work across multiple classes, promoting deep understanding and student wellbeing. They should have strong pedagogical practices, expertise in curriculum differentiation, and proficiency in integrating technology into teaching and administration. Additionally, they must be a caring educator and a strong team player who actively shares knowledge and practices. The Graduate Teacher will ensure professional compliance, support school policies, and deliver quality teaching experiences, serving as an exemplary role model for students. About you
The successful applicant will inspire and engage students with innovative teaching methods while fostering diversity, collegiality, and professional growth. They will work across multiple classes, promoting deep understanding and student wellbeing, and demonstrate strong pedagogical practices and curriculum differentiation. Proficient in integrating technology into teaching, learning, and administration, they will be a caring educator and a strong team player. They will ensure professional compliance, support school policies, and deliver quality teaching and learning experiences. Additionally, they will actively contribute to the co-curricular life of Redlands, understand and assess student achievement according to the NSW curriculum, and develop a love of learning in students. They will maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents, plan and coordinate outcomes-based teaching programs, and utilize appropriate applications for teaching and administration. The successful applicant will prepare thoroughly for all lessons, engage in regular self-evaluation, support student learning through an RTI Model, maintain classroom routines and accurate assessment records, and participate in school events and larger school activities. They will hold completed tertiary studies in Primary Teaching, be registered to teach in New South Wales with a clear Working with Children Check, and demonstrate a strong understanding of NSW Syllabus documents and successful differentiation of learning.
