The newly named Saints College - Colac Campus, currently St Joseph’s School, is seeking an experienced Youth Worker to join their school community. We are looking for a full time Youth Worker to join our team, based at the Colac campus. You will be employed on an ongoing basis, commencing ASAP or Term 1 2025, and will be employed under the Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022.

<p><strong>Youth Worker – Colac Campus</strong></p><p>The newly named Saints College - Colac Campus, currently St Joseph’s School, is seeking an experienced Youth Worker to join their school community.</p><p>Since 2012, we have led the way in radically inclusive education, supporting students with diverse challenges. We are an inclusive school for 12–25-year-olds seeking an alternative to mainstream education. Our environment celebrates all abilities and backgrounds, providing transformative learning experiences catering to individual needs.</p><p>We operate multiple campuses located in North Melbourne, Geelong, Colac, Ballarat, and a dual engagement virtual learning campus, BlendED. In 2025, we will expand our offerings with the opening of three new campuses in Fitzroy North, Sunshine, and Bungaree, as part of our growth strategy to establish additional campuses in the future.</p><p>The young people we serve often face significant and complex educational, social, developmental, psychological, health, legal, or familial challenges, which demand unique interventions. Our approach is grounded in the Operation by Principles framework, which combines education with an understanding of trauma-informed practices.</p><p>Established as a full campus in 2022, the Colac campus plays a vital role in the St Joseph’s narrative, with its roots tracing back to students from the Colac community who were initially enrolled through the Geelong site. The dedication these young people demonstrated towards their education underscored the need for a campus within their community. At the Colac campus, we offer a comprehensive educational program, including the Victorian Curriculum for Years 7-10, the Victorian Pathways Certificate (VPC), a range of electives, the VCE Vocational Major (VCE VM), and Vocational Education and Training (VET) options.</p><p>Colac itself is recognised as an excellent place to work, offering a supportive community, a range of recreational activities, and a blend of natural beauty and modern amenities.
