The Deputy Principal provides a high level of leadership, counsel and support to the Principal across all aspects of the College, with a specific focus on: Pastoral Care and Wellbeing, Timetabling, Daily Organisation, and Staff Management.

The College strives for excellence and ensures the holistic development of each student through a balanced approach to faith, academic, sporting and cultural activities.</p><p><strong>The position:</strong></p><p>The Deputy Principal provides a high level of leadership, counsel and support to the Principal across all aspects of the College, with a specific focus on: Pastoral Care and Wellbeing, Timetabling, Daily Organisation, and Staff Management. The Deputy Principal is challenged to be a person of faith and vision for Catholic education and has the capacity to communicate this vision to others in the school community. As a member of the senior leadership team of the school, key areas of work include management of the college and working with specialised staff members to achieve student outcomes. </p><p><strong>Essential Criteria:</strong></p><ul><li>A Catholic who is an active member of a Catholic Eucharistic community.</li><li>If circumstances warrant it, we will accept applications from a person of faith who is an active member of their community and is committed to Catholic values and participation in Catholic Worship.</li><li>Post graduate qualifications or undertaking to commence studies in Religious Education,</li><li>Theology and/or Educational Leadership.</li><li>Registration or eligibility for registration with NT Teacher Registration Board.</li><li>Working with Children Card (Ochre Card NT).</li></ul><p><strong>What we Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive Salary</li><li>Relocation Assistance up to $ 4,000.00</li><li>School issued Laptop </li><li>Funded Professional Development</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li></ul><p>This position will involve working with children.
