<p>Role Description/Criteria</p><p>The successful applicant will demonstrate the following criteria:</p><ul><li>Be committed to the Catholic Identity of the school,</li><li>Develop and maintain positive, caring relationships with students, staff and parents,</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Deliver engaging STEM and Systems Engineering lessons aligned with the Victorian Curriculum standards.</li><li>Teach key concepts in systems engineering, coding, robotics, and other STEM areas.</li><li>Assess student progress and provide constructive, formative feedback.</li><li>Adapt lessons to meet diverse learning needs and promote inclusivity.</li><li>Manage classroom behaviour to maintain a positive and dynamic learning environment.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school-wide STEM programs and initiatives.</li><li>Plan and implement a highly structured program in STEM around the school’s inquiry units of work</li><li>Use formative assessment to adjust and target teaching,</li></ul><p>All applicants must be VIT registered and provide the names and contact numbers of three referees</p><p>St Bede’s is committed to child safety</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>
