<p><strong>About the role  </strong></p><p>We are seeking a dynamic educator to join our team of Learning Area Leaders and play a pivotal role in implementing a contemporary and consistent approach to the Design Technology learning experience across the College. </p><p>In this role you will collaborate closely with Teachers in the development, implementation and evaluation of curriculum and educational resources, ensuring there is alignment to the MacKillop College learning goals and educational strategies.      </p><p>This position will be part of a team of Learning Area Leaders who together will cultivate a culture of professional relationships, and a commitment to excellence in pedagogy. To be successful, you will need to have current and practical knowledge and experience in the Design Technology learning area, with the capacity to be an authentic role model and mentor to Teachers. </p><p>At MacKillop College our teachers enjoy the benefit of a welcoming and supportive culture, contemporary teaching facilities and professional support which includes, a team of dedicated instructional coaches and teacher mentors.
