St Anthony’s Primary school is seeking an experienced administration assistant to support our wellbeing team. This is an ongoing role, hours are 8.30 am - 3.30 pm Monday to Friday during school terms only. This is an education support, category B, level 2 position.

<p>St Anthony&#39;s is seeking an experienced and highly competent administration assistant to support our wellbeing team.</p><p>The successful applicant must have:</p><ul><li><strong>Extensive Administrative Experience: </strong>Proven track record in relevant administrative roles, showcasing your ability to manage a variety of tasks efficiently.</li><li><strong>Communication Skills: </strong>Outstanding oral and written communication skills as well as strong inter-personal skills including the ability to work effectively with children and young people, parents/carers and teachers as well as professionals in the education and health systems to interact effectively with staff, students, parents and visitors.</li><li><strong>Strong Organisational Skills: </strong>Exceptional time management abilities to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.</li><li><strong>Attention To Detail:</strong> Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.</li><li><strong>Team Collaboration: </strong>Experience working collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating your ability to contribute positively to group efforts.</li><li><strong>Educational Experience: </strong>Background in an educational setting is highly regarded but not mandatory.</li><li><strong>Professional Practice: </strong>Demonstrated capacity to reflect critically upon their own professional practice and apply the knowledge, skills and expertise derived from ongoing professional learning.</li><li><strong>Catholic ethos:</strong> Understand and support the Catholic ethos and vision of the School.</li><li><strong>Child Safety:</strong> Be familiar and comply with all requirements of Child Safety, policies and legal responsibilities concerning the safety, care and wellbeing of all students.</li><li><strong>Confidentiality</strong> is a must.</li><li>The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a commitment to building positive relationships with students, staff and parents.</li><li>Be empathetic to individuals that are neuro and culturally diverse and considers the inherent dignity of every person.</li><li>Experience with NCCD preferable.</li></ul><p>Applicants must have:</p><ol><li>Working With Children Check</li><li>Current National Police Check (the successful applicant will be required to provide this prior to commencing employment at St Anthony&#39;s</li><li>Current First Aid qualifications</li></ol>
