<p>Good Shepherd Lutheran College is a co-educational, non-government school for ELC to Year 12 students with three campuses across Darwin: Howard Springs, Palmerston and&nbsp;Leanyer.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Applications are sought for&nbsp;a&nbsp;suitably qualified and experienced Teacher Librarian to join the teaching team at Howard Springs. This position is a fixed-term, full-time contract until December 2025.&nbsp;</p><p>Teacher Librarians provide an educational atmosphere where students have the opportunity to fulfil their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, spiritual and psychological growth.</p><p>They are responsible for the development and implementation of a stimulating and engaging learner centred library program and the provision of a range of support services to staff and students in area such as teaching and learning and promotion of a reading culture that will result in students achieving academic success</p><p>As a community, we inspire and equip students to flourish as compassionate, highly capable people who enrich the lives of others, guided by Christian values.&nbsp;</p><p>The ideal candidate should&nbsp;have&nbsp;experience in a library setting (desirable)&nbsp;and a demonstrated&nbsp;experience and ability to work independently and as part of a team, developing, establishing, implementing, and monitoring learning and curriculum.</p><p>Willingness and experience teaching in other subjects is favourable.
