Redfield College is an independent Catholic boys’ school (Year 2 to Year 12) teaching the Catholic faith with a unique, personalised education program. Located in Dural, north­west of Sydney, the College was founded in 1986 by the Pared Foundation on the principle that parents are the primary educators and that schools exist to offer parents every support.

<p>Redfield College currently has an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified Secondary Mathematics Teacher.  The role commences in Term 1, 2025 and is responsible for professional teaching and learning, ensuring a positive experience for students and teachers alike.</p><p>Joining a dedicated, professional, and collaborative team, the successful incumbent will need to confidently demonstrate the following key skills and experience:</p><ul><li>In addition to NESA accreditation, suitable tertiary qualifications, and prior experience teaching Mathematics across all years (Year 7 to Year 12)</li><li>Demonstrable experience in improving teaching, learning, and classroom practices</li><li>Ability to oversee the delivery of Mathematics curricula</li><li>Knowledge of recent developments in Mathematics curriculum areas and the NESA syllabus, assessment and reporting requirements</li></ul><p>Personally, you will need to offer: </p><ul><li>Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to establish a professional rapport with students, staff, and the school community at all levels</li><li>Display the highest ethical and professional behaviour and standards when working with students, parents, and school staff members </li><li>Ability to build a unified and effective team</li><li>Ability to introduce and execute ideas to enhance our Secondary school</li><li>Ability to manage pastoral care issues with effective discussion and processes with staff, students, and parents</li><li>Support the values and ethos of the school</li><li>Strong organisational and time management skills, with an ability to meet deadlines</li></ul>
