This role involves working closely with staff, students, and parents to support learners in overcoming barriers to education, ensuring all students can achieve success and access a wide range of pathway opportunities.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Promotes the mission and ethos of the College </li><li>Coordinate and collaborate with key stakeholders to remove barriers to learning for our students</li><li>Building capacity of teaching teams to meet the individualised needs of our diverse learners</li><li>Ensure the delivery of high impact differentiated instructional approaches</li><li>Diagnostic testing</li><li>Assisting the Curriculum Leader with AARA and QCIA processes</li><li>Actively participate as a member of the NCCD moderation team</li><li>Developing individual support plans for students with additional needs</li><li>Classroom teacher (0.4)</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Registration or eligibility for registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT).</li><li>Fulfil the attributes of a Teacher at the College.</li><li>Experience in teaching and supporting students with diverse learning needs.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.</li><li>Commitment to the Christian and Lutheran ethos of the College.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p><p>At Faith Lutheran College, we are committed to fostering educational excellence within a Christ-centred environment.
