As such, we see the importance of recruiting talent aligned with these values.<br /><br />To be successful for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate how you meet the following:<br /><br />• Inspire excellence in teaching and learning by fostering intellectual inquiry and demonstrating innovative pedagogy<br />• Comprehensive knowledge of the NSW Curriculum and its recent developments<br />• Positive and enthusiastic attitude to learning<br />• High standard of competency, proficiency and innovation as a classroom teacher<br />• Excellent communication skills to liaise with peers, students and other internal and external stakeholders<br />• Ability to contribute to the School community through involvement in Co-curricular activities<br />• Demonstrated experience in teaching English<br /><br />The King&#39;s School will be introducing the IB Diploma Programme in 2025.
