The successful applicant will be able to collaborate effectively with others as part of a professional team, working towards improving learning outcomes for all students.</p> <p><strong>Selection Criteria:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Faith-filled with a strong commitment to the Catholic Ethos of the school and to the spiritual, emotional, social, and educational wellbeing of all students.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the capacity to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.</li> <li>Supportive behaviour management practices.</li> <li>Strong understanding and working knowledge of contemporary learning and how to positively impact student learning.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Special Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Full registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.</li> <li>Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic Primary School is desirable.</li> <li>Commitment to child safety, maintaining best practices to ensure this, and ongoing evaluation of these practices.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Application Process:</strong> Only applications which include the attached application form will be considered.
