Applications are sought for qualified and experienced Careers Practitioner/Teacher to join the Middle/Senior (Years 6-12)  team in 2025.

<p>Good Shepherd Lutheran College is a co-educational, non-government school for ELC to Year 12 students, with three campuses across Darwin: Howard Springs, Palmerston and&nbsp;Leanyer.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Applications are sought for&nbsp;a&nbsp;suitably qualified and experienced Careers Practitioner/Teacher&nbsp;to join the&nbsp;Middle/Senior (Years 6-12)&nbsp;team at the Howard Springs&nbsp;in 2025.</p><p>The Careers Practitioner/Teacher works in collaboration with the Head of Teaching and Learning (6-12) and NTCET Coordinator to heighten student and parent awareness of the broad range of educational pathways available to students.</p><p>They work with individual students, their parents and subject teachers in identifying options that will support individual students to obtain a Northern Territory Certificate of Education and Training (NTCET) and assist their aspirations for work and/or tertiary training.</p><p>As a community, we inspire and equip students to flourish as compassionate, highly capable people who enrich the lives of others, guided by Christian values.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>The ideal candidate will have experience in career counselling within Middle/Senior school settings, a thorough knowledge of current training, course, and career pathways (including prerequisites) within the Northern Territory and beyond.
