Frensham is seeking university undergraduates for part-time hybrid roles combining Boarding Supervision, Coaching and Extra Curricular activities, commencing Term 1, 2025. The positions would suit undergraduate students interested in pursuing a career in education.

They are taught to value kindness, resilience, empathy and compassion, and to carry these attributes with them for life, alongside the School’s core values.</p><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p>Frensham is seeking <strong>university undergraduates for part-time hybrid roles combining Boarding Supervision, Coaching and Extra Curricular activities.</strong> The positions would suit undergraduate students interested in pursuing a career in education.</p><p>The positions available have flexibility dependent on the successful applicant&#39;s interest and can be made up of hours within the Boarding Houses, Coaching and Extra Curricular domains. </p><p> <strong>Attributes for success:</strong></p><ul><li>Currently undertaking tertiary study </li><li>Willingness to contribute to a flourishing environment for young people</li><li>Personal alignment with the values and ethos of Frensham</li><li>Strong interpersonal and organisational skills</li><li>Commitment to ongoing professional learning and best-practice in education and/or residential learning</li><li>Flexibility and enthusiasm to work as part of a professional team</li><li><strong>Availability to be rostered over parts of the weekend either Friday 4:30pm - Saturday 4:30pm OR Saturday 4:30pm - Sunday 4:30pm </strong></li></ul><p><strong>Accommodation:</strong> On campus accommodation is provided. <strong>(All House positions include overnight responsibility within the House, including weekends.)</strong></p><p><strong>Commencement: </strong>Term 1, 2025.</p><p><i>All staff at Frensham Schools take an active role in ensuring our Child Protection programs, policies and processes are at the forefront of all that we do. A Working with Children Check Clearance Number must be provided to the School prior to confirmation of the appointment.</i></p><p><i>The successful applicant will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or other diseases (as advised by the School) and provide the School with evidence it considers satisfactory regarding vaccination. Being fully vaccinated may include additional doses and booster injections.</i></p>
