Frensham is seeking full-time or part-time residential staff, commencing Term 1, 2025. These positions would suit a recent graduate, experienced teacher or residential carer.

These positions would suit a recent graduate, experienced teacher or residential carer. </p><p>Led by the Director of Student Life (Boarding), the Frensham Boarding Staff operate collaboratively to promote residential education to students, working together to develop and promote emotional and physical health and happiness.</p><p> <strong>Attributes for success:</strong></p><ul><li>Formal qualification in education or residential care preferred (either complete, willingness to complete or currently in progress) and relevant experience</li><li>Willingness to contribute to a flourishing environment for young people</li><li>Personal alignment with the values and ethos of Frensham</li><li>Strong interpersonal and organisational skills</li><li>Commitment to ongoing professional learning and best-practice in education and/or residential learning</li><li>Flexibility and enthusiasm to work as part of a professional team</li><li><strong>Availability to be rostered over the weekend</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Accommodation:</strong> On campus accommodation is provided. <strong>(All House positions include overnight responsibility within the House, including weekends.)</strong></p><p><strong>Commencement: </strong>Term 1, 2025.</p><p><i>All staff at Frensham Schools take an active role in ensuring our Child Protection programs, policies and processes are at the forefront of all that we do. A Working with Children Check Clearance Number must be provided to the School prior to confirmation of the appointment.</i></p><p><i>The successful applicant will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or other diseases (as advised by the School) and provide the School with evidence it considers satisfactory regarding vaccination. Being fully vaccinated may include additional doses and booster injections.</i></p>
