<p>We are recruiting innovative, passionate and engaging teachers who love working with young people. We think outside the box, roll up their sleeves and create amazing learning experiences for our students. Since 2014, we provide holistic, personalised education and wellbeing support for young people seeking an alternative.</p><p>Among other qualities you should be able to demonstrate:<br />•    Ability to motivate, excite and inspire young people, including young people with individual needs<br />•    Capacity and willingness to program and teach across a range of stage 5 and 6 subjects<br />•    A broad understanding of the development, learning styles and educational needs of students in Years 9-12 from a wide range of backgrounds<br />•    Genuine best practice in quality learning, and teaching and classroom management <br />•    Be a positive team player with a high level of flexibility and creativity<br />•    Demonstrated knowledge and acceptance of the nature of youth culture, with the willingness to develop strong relationships with students, parents and the community</p><p>Graduates and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply. </p><p><strong>More about NG Central School:</strong></p><p>We are an accredited non-government, special assistance school for students in Years 9 - 12.
