<p>The primary purpose of this position is to provide high quality reception and administrative support to students, families, staff and the wider community of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart (OLSH) College.  This position is also responsible for providing support to the OLSH College Finance team. The successful applicant will work as a member of a high performing team.</p><p>37.5 hours per week / 41 weeks per year</p><p>Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 4:00pm with a 30 minute lunch break</p><p><strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Front Office</li><li>Administration</li><li>First-Aid</li><li>Finance</li><li>Other duties as directed by the Principal and/or Business Manager</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Information</strong></p><p><i>Applications will be reviewed as they are received, and we reserve the right to interview shortlisted candidates and appoint at any stage.</i></p><p><strong>Necessary Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Senior First Aid</li><li>Working With Children Check</li><li>Responding to Risk of Harm, Abuse &amp; Neglect</li></ul>

CESA Staff do not need to be vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment, with the exception of CESA Staff working in High-Risk Settings. CESA Staff are however strongly encouraged to have and maintain an Up-To-Date Vaccination Status in accordance with the ATAGI statement.
