<p>This could be one position, or two part time positions specifically focused on either Construction or Electrotechnology. Our teaching and learning framework is based on the principles of Building Learning Power where resilience, resourcefulness, reflectiveness and relationships are developed and fostered.</p><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><p>Key Requirements:</p><ul><li>Experience in VET teaching -Construction and/ or Electrotechnology</li><li>Experience in TAS teaching - Stages 4 - 6</li><li>Degree plus recognised teaching qualifications. For example Bachelor of Education or equivalent, or an undergraduate degree plus post-graduate qualifications in teaching.</li><li>Eligible to be accredited with the NSW Educational Standards Authority (NESA).</li><li>Experience in the VET environment including demonstrated understanding of  NESA, ASQA and the VET Quality Framework requirements.</li><li>Commitment to upholding the College’s Christian Vision, Mission, and Values</li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills</li><li>Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues</li></ul><p><strong>Position Details:</strong></p><p>This is a permanent part time position.
