<p>St Hilda’s School, located on the Gold Coast, is an independent day and boarding school for girls from Pre-Prep to Year 12. Embracing innovation, St Hilda’s School integrates modern technologies, ideas and opportunities to empower young women to discover their capacity to make a positive difference in the world.</p><p>Reporting to the Deputy Principal, the Head of Senior School (Years 10-12) is a senior leadership position to support students in late adolescence to excel in their learning and, as they develop their strengths and skills, to promote wellbeing and active citizenship. This role manages all pastoral programs in the Senior School (Years 10 – 12) to ensure that student welfare and personal development is of the highest standard. The successful candidate will be well informed about future directions in pastoral care, student wellbeing, curriculum and learning, particularly in the areas of learning dispositions, integrated technology, and girls’ education.
