This 1FTE contract position commences in January 2025 and ends at the end of the 2025 school year.&nbsp;<br> &nbsp;</p> <p>The Director of Wellbeing (DoW) acts as an advisor to the Principal and is a key point of contact for staff and parents. The DoW assists in the day-to-day running of the school with a primary focus on the provision of wellbeing programs, positive behaviour support, restorative practices and innovations that build and sustain schoolwide expectations that nurture and provide a safe, supportive, and caring community for all. The role is chiefly relational, administrative and community-oriented, and requires close collaboration with other leadership staff, in particular the Deputy Principal.
