You will play a vital role in shaping the future of our students, inspiring them to become lifelong learners and positive contributors to their community.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br />Create and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the NSW curriculum and College guidelines.<br />Foster a safe, organised, and dynamic classroom environment that caters to diverse learning abilities.<br />Uphold school behavioural policies while maintaining discipline in the classroom.<br />Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.<br />Actively participate in school events, including plays, sporting activities, and excursions.<br />Support the overall well-being of students by maintaining high teaching and learning standards.</p><p><strong>Candidate Requirements:</strong><br />- Bachelor’s degree related to primary education.<br />- Qualified teacher status with NESA accreditation.<br />- Current Working with Children Check.<br />- Strong knowledge of the National and NSW curriculum.<br />- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.<br />- Patience, flexibility, and a passion for teaching are essential.<br /> </p><p>If you are a dedicated educator with a passion for inspiring young learners, we invite you to join our vibrant and supportive community at St Mark’s Coptic Orthodox College.</p>
