The College is seeking to employ an enthusiastic Visual Arts Teacher to start Term 1 2025. The successful applicant will be appropriately qualified and ready to work within a professional and cohesive team.

The successful applicant will be appropriately qualified and ready to work within a professional and cohesive team.</p><p><strong>Key Selection Criteria </strong></p><p>the successful applicant for the above position must be able to provide evidence to support the following criteria:</p><ul><li>Strong personal Christian faith and be a regular and practising member of a Bible-based Christian Church</li><li>Evidence of innovative classroom practices that are effective with Senior School students</li><li>A high standard of competency and proficiency as a classroom teacher</li><li>Excellent knowledge and understanding of the integration of technology in the delivery of learning</li><li>Demonstrate an understanding of how students learn, particularly in Stage 4, and effective classroom teaching strategies</li><li> Capacity to work with colleagues to continually improve teaching and learning</li><li>Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, critical analysis and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to prioritise and work as part of a team</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Appropriate teaching qualifications and accreditation in NSW (NESA)</li></ul><p><strong>Applications should include:</strong></p><ul><li>Cover application letter</li><li>Completion of Employment Application form available on the College website - This should include the names, addresses and phone numbers of three confidential referees.
