<p>Redeemer Lutheran School is an innovative and well-resourced School and Early Learning Centre, with outstanding facilities and an excellent reputation for delivering a contemporary and internationally accredited education program for children and families in the Barossa Valley region.</p><p><strong>Position Description: </strong>The Library Officer will manage the day to day operation of our new Resource Centre.  They will reflect a sound understanding of, and a commitment to, the Mission, Vision and Values of Redeemer Lutheran School.</p><p>The Library Officer will have duties and responsibilities that include:</p><ul><li>Ensuring the smooth running of the Library</li><li>Supporting Teaching and Learning</li><li>Providing Administration support.</li></ul><p><strong>Personal Requirements, Skills and Attributes</strong></p><p>The Library Officer will:</p><ul><li>Have a love of children’s literature</li><li>Be pleasant, and approachable</li><li>Have a love of children and ability build relationships with them</li><li>Have excellent organisational and time management skills</li><li>Have flexibility to deal with a constantly changing school environment</li><li>Have empathy with the ethos of a Lutheran school</li><li>Have the ability to work in a team and independently</li><li>Work to deadlines</li><li>Use initiative</li><li>Have a high level of ICT skills.</li></ul><p>This position commences on the 20th January, 2025.
