We are currently seeking a passionate and innovative Principal to lead our independent primary school, which is grounded in democratic education and holistic teaching practices.

<p><strong>Position Overview:</strong> As the Principal, you will report to the Governing Body and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the school. Your leadership will drive strategic change in curriculum, student wellbeing, and administration, ensuring our educational programs align with our vision, mission, and values.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead educational initiatives that foster a challenging and rewarding learning environment.</li><li>Oversee the development and implementation of educational programs.</li><li>Cultivate a positive school culture that prioritizes student wellbeing.</li><li>Manage staff performance and professional development.</li><li>Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the community.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Competencies:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven leadership and management experience in an educational setting.</li><li>Strong understanding of contemporary educational practices.</li><li>Ability to inspire and motivate staff towards high performance.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Sound operational knowledge and experience in budget management.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Relevant degree in Education and current registration with the Queensland Teachers Registration.</li><li>Experience in a similar role within a school environment is highly desirable.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong> Enkindle Village School offers a vibrant and supportive community where your leadership can make a real difference.
