Knowledge of TechOne and Compass is desirable.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service standards and maintain high stakeholder satisfaction.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as a team member who supports and works well with colleagues.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and schedule work accordingly.</li><li>Attention to detail in all work processes including administrative work.</li><li>Experience working with Google Applications including Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendars and GMail</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Certificate IV/Diploma in a finance related qualification</li><li>Minimum three years’ experience in accounts receivable/payable&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>WORKING WITH CHILDREN CLEARANCE</strong></p><p>This role is classified as child related work and therefore we require a working with children clearance to be completed prior to your commencement with us.</p><p><strong>POSITION APPLICATION</strong></p><p>Applicants are to complete an online application which asks to briefly address the essential criteria (the dot points in the ‘ABOUT THE ROLE’ section of this position advertisement).
