<p>St Christopher’s Primary School is seeking to employ a junior classroom teacher, beginning January 2025 to join our dynamic teaching team.</p><p>The position is full-time for a fixed contract until the end of 2025 however, there is a strong possibility of the position being available beyond 2025 and ongoing employment. </p><p>St Christopher’s is seeking a teacher who is dedicated to catering for the individual needs of students and creating a positive classroom climate. The candidate must be a team player.</p><p>The successful applicant must have:(criteria)</p><ul><li>strong relationship skills with students, staff and parents</li><li>ability to use data to inform teaching in order to meet the individual needs of all students, especially in Maths and English</li><li>ability to create a positive and nurturing classroom environment</li><li>a passion for teaching</li><li>the ability to work within a team</li><li>current VIT registration</li><li>be accredited to teach Religious Education in a Catholic School and a passion for teaching Religious Education within the Catholic context or prepared to gain accreditation</li><li>a strong commitment and proven record in Child Safety and the wellbeing of students</li></ul><p>St Christopher’s is an inclusive school that values diversity and celebrates differences amongst students.
