<p>Brigidine College St Ives (BCSI) is a highly regarded 7-12 Catholic independent girls’ school committed to providing a holistic and inclusive education. Established by the Brigidine Sisters in 1954, Brigidine College St Ives is steeped in a rich tradition of faith, learning, and service and is proudly governed by  Kildare Ministries. Guided by the motto “Fortiter et Suaviter”— Brigidine College St Ives is dedicated to nurturing empowered young women poised to navigate the complexities of the modern era with ‘strength and gentleness’. </p><p>Due to the recent appointment of the current Principal, Laetitia Richmond, as Principal of St Scholastica’s College, the BCSI Board is seeking to appoint a dynamic, future-focused Principal to lead Brigidine College St Ives into the next phase of its development, whilst honouring the core principles and values on which the College has been built.</p><p>The Principal will have a deep personal commitment to the values and Catholic principles of the College and will work to give expression to the Mission and Vision of its Catholic, Kildare Ministries, and Brigidine traditions through the development and implementation of a range of educational programs, faith experiences, and pastoral services. They will possess professional and personal attributes that will enable them to influence others to improve their practice and drive high quality educational and community outcomes. They will strive for excellence and lead initiatives that will make a positive contribution to the success and wellbeing of the school.
