Base salary ranges from $85,000 to $122,100</li><li>salary packaging of up to $15,900 annually</li><li>up to 25% discount on school fees for parents of SCS students</li><li>ongoing training and development opportunities</li><li>discounts on gym classes and memberships, activewear, healthy meals, and wellbeing products</li><li>generous Employee Referral Program.</li></ul><p><br><strong>About You</strong><br><br>As a <strong>Diverse Learning Teacher</strong>, you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high-quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy.<br><br>To excel in this role, you will be able to:<br>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students</li><li>employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback</li><li>support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students</li><li>assist teachers to identify students in need of learning support using objective data, including standardised tests</li><li>develop IEPs in consultation with parents / carers, teachers, external professionals and School Counsellor</li><li>work with coordinators and assist with parent teacher interviews and case conferences</li><li>collaborate with teachers to develop differentiated classroom programs and implement disability adjustments</li><li>provide direct teaching and/or in class support to students</li><li>direct Learning Support Officers to support individuals or groups through in-class support</li><li>assess, document and report on student progress and contribute to the Personalised Planning Tool and moderating processes.</li></ul><p>You will have attained:<br>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>a tertiary qualification in Education</li><li>eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).</li></ul><p><strong>Application Process</strong><br><br>Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
