As a non-selective school we are committed to providing quality education to all students.</i></p><p>We are looking for a Learning Support Officer to join our Diverse Learning team. In this role, you will collaborate with Learning Support Teachers to provide exceptional support to students with additional learning needs. </p><p><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide practical assistance to support the learning of students with learning difficulties in and out of the classroom environment</li><li>Deliver small group academic support to students through the running of targeted courses</li><li>Assist the Diverse Learning Department with general administration duties</li><li>Supervise students with additional learning needs</li></ul><p><strong>About you:</strong></p><ul><li>You are suitably experienced or qualified in Education Support or working towards a degree in Teaching</li><li>You have experience in the delivery of MultiLit programs (preferred)</li><li>You possess a high level of interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>You’re interested in helping meet the educational and wellbeing needs of young men</li><li>You have an understanding of appropriate behaviours and professional boundaries that reflect child safeguarding values in practice</li><li>You are willing to support the Catholic ethos of the School</li></ul><p><strong>Application Process</strong></p><p>Applications (including cover letter addressing the above criteria and resume) should be addressed to the Principal, Dr. Michael Blowes Employment Application Form available <a href="https://form.123formbuilder.com/6428707/employment-application-form-non-teaching-staff" rel="nofollow">here</a>.</p><p>Christian Brothers’ High School, Lewisham is committed to ensuring the safety, wellbeing and dignity of all children and young people.
